Pre-Orders
At this time, Take the Field is available for pre-order while production is underway.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your order will ship only after manufacturing is complete.

Estimated production and shipping timelines are subject to change.

You will receive updates when fulfillment begins.
Once inventory is in stock, standard shipping timelines will apply.
Order Processing Time
Once products are in stock and fulfillment has begun:

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time refers to packing and preparing your order for shipment and does not include transit time.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use a variety of shipping carriers depending on destination and cost efficiency. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Canada:

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment
International:

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after shipment

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
All orders are shipped with tracking when available.
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier:

Responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at admin@takethefieldgame.com and we will assist with the carrier claim process when possible.

Replacement or refund is subject to carrier claim approval and is not guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Digital products and downloadable files are non-refundable
Return Process
Before returning any item:

Ship the item back using your preferred carrier
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
